Afsaneh Haftbaradaran Mohammadi, MD, is board certified in the Internal Medicine specialty as well as Nephrology subspecialty. She is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Haftbaradaran’s (also known as Dr. Haft) training includes a Residency in Internal Medicine at Geisinger Medical Center, Fellowship in Women Heart Health at Cedar Sinai Medical Center, and Nephrology Fellowship at UCLA Hospital. She has written multiple articles in prestigious medical journals and presented them at different national meetings.
Dr. Haft believes in preventive medicine through a healthy lifestyle and detecting and controlling early kidney diseases. By controlling diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease in the early stages, we can prevent or slow down the progression of kidney diseases. Dr. Haft is experienced in managing complex and advanced kidney diseases and critically ill patients in intensive care units.
